What is your Return/Exchange policy?

I want you to be 1,000% happy with your new print, but if you aren't for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and/or any loss in value if a print isn’t returned in its original condition.​

Where do you ship?

Currently, we're only shipping within the U.S. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in a product, please send us a message via the Contact Form and we'll get back to you with a shipping estimate.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We ship for free within the U.S. But due to postage costs, a shipping fee will be added to any addresses outside the U.S. Please message us via the Contact Form if you want something shipped internationally and we'll get back to you with a shipping estimate.

Can I get a print or canvas in any sizes other than those shown?

Accepted Answer

Due to the ratios in which some prints and/or canvases were designed, some prints and canvases don't translate well to other sizes. For instance, when a print designed in 16 x 20 is resized to an 11 x 14 or 24 x 30, some cropping can occur. For that reason, Fine Art Prints are only offered in 16 x 20 on the site. Many of the canvas designs were done in square ratios (6 x 6, 10 x 10, etc.), so the layout will usually need to change if converted to an 8 x 10 or a 16 x 20.

If you have a particular size in mind, please reach out via the Contact Form so we can discuss sizing options. Please note: A small fee may apply if a layout needs to be changed to accommodate a size not currently offered on the site. Thank you!
